1. IMPORTANT INFORMATION You should carefully read our License Agreement. Your purchase or use of our products implies that you have read and accepted the following License Agreement.
2. LICENSE Our website grants you three possible types of licenses to use our products (the "products") sold through our website with these Terms and Conditions (the "license") issued by our company, as follows:
a) FREE LICENSE You can use each individual product on any number of websites, but you are not allowed to remove the link pointing to our website from the template. If you wish to remove the link, you need to purchase a STANDARD LICENSE for every single website. You are allowed to modify the product to suit your needs. For example: You can use your own company logo in the header, change link or text color in the css and of course, you are allowed to remove or modify the sample texts that we include in our templates (quotations in the header).
b) STANDARD LICENSE You may be granted a Standard License in case of purchasing a website template at a Non-Unique Price. It enables you to use each individual product on a single website only, belonging to either you or your client. You have to purchase the same template again if you want to use the same design in connection with another or other projects. You are allowed to modify the product to suit your needs. For example: You can use your own company logo in the header, change link or text color in the css and of course, you are allowed to remove or modify the sample texts that we include in our templates (quotations in the header, the link to our site in the footer etc...).
d) EXCLUSIVE LICENSE You may be granted a Buyout Purchase License in case of purchasing a website template at a Buyout Price. This type of license guarantees that you are the last person to buy this template. After the buyout purchase occurs, the template is permanently removed from our sales directory and is never available to other customers again. You can not redistribute or resell templates after Buyout Purchase Price. You are allowed to modify the product to suit your needs. For example: You can use your own company logo in the header, change link or text color in the css and of course, you are allowed to remove or modify the sample texts that we include in our templates (quotations in the header, the link to our site in the footer etc...).
e) LIMITLESS LICENSE This license costs extra €300! The price includes the legal VAT which can vary depending on the location of the order. This type of license guarantees that you are the last person to buy this template. After the purchase occurs, the template is permanently removed from our sales directory and is never available to other customers again. You CAN REDISTRIBUTE or RESELL the template. You can use the psd and any graphic element in it to produce templates for other cms systems. You can resell the template with your OWN license. To order a LIMITLESS LICENSE, please follow the instrucions below:
- Register in our shop and purchase an EXCLUSIVE LICENSE first. (Buy Out the template)
- Wait for the proforma invoice and pay off the ordered product.
- Contact us! Don't forget to provide the number of the invoice. In the subject field, please write LIMITLESS LICENSE.
- We will send you another invoice for the extra license.
- Please pay off the new invoice and we are settled. The template is yours...
3. MODIFICATIONS You shall not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium. You also shall not offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from our company.
4. ASSIGNABILITY You shall not sub-license, assign, or transfer the any mentioned above to any entity without prior written consent from our company. Our company reserves the right to change or modify these terms with no prior notice.
5. OUR REFUND POLICY Since our website is offering non-tangible, irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds after the product is shipped, which you acknowledge prior to purchasing any product at our site. We only make exceptions with this rule when the product appears to be not-as-described on a case by case basis at our sole discretion. If you think that the product you purchased is not as described, please contact us and we will check the product. The deadline for any refund claim is eight days after the delivery date. The refund is issued to you after we receive a Waiver of Copyright signed by you. This is a required condition.
6. OWNERSHIP You do not claim intellectual property right or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of our company. In no event shall our company be liable for any unforeseeable damages (direct, indirect) or other losses arising from the use of or inability to use our products.
7. INSTALLATIONS We do not install any of our products which require this.
8. INFORMATION DISCLOSURE You may not disclose any order information including, but not limited to, Order ID, download link, etc. Our company reserves the right to change or modify these terms with no prior notice.
